GREED!!!

I am getting a little bored with everybody and their mother talking about GREED! Those greedy Wall Street people this and that. They are the reason for the mess we are in...right? WRONG! Take a look in the mirror! It's you. Aah...don't want to hear that do ya. There is a word that was taught to me at a young age and it is 'Accountability'. "Son, You are accountable for your actions, you alone and no-one else." It took me a while to learn that but thankfully I eventually did and I am sorry to learn that a majority of Americans did not. It seems that a majority of Americans were in fact, GREEDY! Yes, greed is the reason for our economic downfall but ultimately it is the greed of yourself. Here is how it works out:
I want to buy a house. I look at my finances and see that I can afford a house that cost 150k. I go to the bank and they say I can afford a 225k house. Now I know that I really can't afford a 225k house but hey, that would be a fine house and all of my friends would really look up to me for having such a nice house so I say "I'll take it!" What's the worst that can happen if I can't afford it? - GREED, but it's not my fault! The bank said I could afford it! ACCOUNTABILITY or lack there of.
So let's get to the meat of the problem....it's you, the person who bought more than they could afford! Stop looking for hand outs and pointing fingers and start living accountable!

Are you Stimulated?

$900 BILLION DOLLARS!!! Are you kidding me? So I started this blog when our wonderful all knowing, all responsible government decided to "Bail Out Main Street" otherwise known as setting up our pal's on Wall Street. About 3 to 5 billion have been spent of the 850 billion approved and "Main Street" has not seen anything but more $$$ down the drain. Now the man who is going to change the world, you know, the Chosen One, has put his Stimulus Package to the vote. I say vote but there really is no point in sending anything to the House or Congress because they are all in the same boat with the same interest at heart - their own! Now we are going to spend $900 billion on pork! No, not just pork because I really like pork. This is more like a hotdog. We don't really know what's in a hotdog! But if you take the time to read how and where the money is spent and then ask yourself where the jobs and return will come from you will learn what a hotdog really is. Just a bunch of spending that just like the bail-out, will do nothing but put us further in debt. I just want to say my grand children will really appreciate how we've set them up! My oldest kid is 7 years old.

So let's count the spending: Wall Street CEO Executive Bonuses for a years work = $20 Billion vs. Government Bailout and Stimulus costs in the past 3 months = $1.8 TRILLION...Wow!!!

I have become outraged!!!

I finally have decided to start expressing my outrage and inviting others to share theirs.

Today is November 5th, 2008. The day after our historic election and I am conflicted with our choice as President. My conflict is that I am proud that we have risen above the racial barriers to elect a Black President while I am not so proud of the character of whom he is and what he stands for.

I think that Barack Hussein Obama will lead us into the darkest time America will ever see. I am deeply concerned that we will lose many of our civil rights and feel that our Constitutional Rights are in great jeopardy.

I think that we all should "Cling to our guns and religion" because those choices might not be available to you in the future!!!

Obama is not the only reason for my outrage. Mostly my outrage began when the leaders of whom we elected on the premises that they would serve us the people voted and passed the "so called" economic bailout package against our will.

I am outraged!!!
